Not a faceless AI. Two triathletes who've coached hundreds of athletes, building the plan we wished we'd had.

Why we built this
We've both stood on a start line wondering if the taper was long enough. And we've both watched athletes we coached get let down by the alternatives: generic plans that don't know you exist, or a real coach if you can afford one, whose feedback still only comes once a week. Training has the same problem strategy does: it's rarely the plan that fails you, it's the follow-through. So we built the thing we wished we'd had, a plan trained on how we actually coach, built for your specific race, with the nutrition thinking most apps leave out. Move a session when life gets in the way and the plan holds. No starting over, no black box quietly rewriting your week.
Two coaches behind every plan, who've raced what you're training for.
Co-founder & Coach
9x Ironman finisher. GB age-group triathlete. Qualified physiotherapist.
The coach in the room. Nine Ironman finishes, a GB age-group qualifier, and a physio's understanding of what your body is actually telling you. He's the reason the plan knows the difference between tired and injured.
Co-founder & Strategist
3x Ironman finisher. GB age-group triathlete. Performance strategist.
The strategist in the room. Three Ironman finishes of his own, a GB age-group qualifier, and a career spent helping organisations turn a plan on paper into people actually doing the work. Training plans have the same problem. He's the reason yours doesn't just sit there.

How we work
Every plan is built on how Dean and Richard actually coach and they personally check what it produces. You're always in control of your own sessions: move one, skip one, swap one and the app never quietly rewrites your week behind your back. Not a black box. Their judgement, at software speed.
Dean and Richard built the plan and check it, at every price point.
Before, during and after every session, included from day one.
Your actual course shapes the plan.

Coaching philosophy
Timing, consistency, and knowing when to push and when to rest. That's what coaching actually is. It's not about the biggest week you can survive, it's about arriving at race day sharp, not shattered.
