Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetTriReady triathlon coaching platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, completing onboarding, or generating a training plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetTriReady is an AI-powered platform that generates personalised triathlon training plans, structured daily workouts, nutrition and fueling guidance, and AI coaching conversations. The Service includes race-specific plan generation, progress tracking, Zwift workout export, and optional Strava integration. Access is granted via a one-time payment of £40 for lifetime access.

3. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorised use.

4. Payment

Full access to the Service requires a one-time payment of £40 (GBP), processed securely by Stripe. This grants lifetime access to all features, including unlimited training plan generation and AI coaching. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through the Help Centre.

5. AI-Generated Content - No Medical Advice

All training plans, workout sessions, nutrition targets, and coaching messages generated by the Service are produced by AI and are intended for general guidance and educational purposes only. They are NOT medical, professional fitness, or dietary advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Service's output. Always consult qualified professionals (doctor, physio, dietitian) before undertaking training, making dietary changes, or addressing injuries. You assume all risk associated with following any training, nutrition, or fitness guidance from the Service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to: • Provide accurate fitness, race, and health information for plan generation. • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its AI outputs. • Respect intellectual property rights - all training plans and content remain the property of GetTriReady and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. • Not share your account credentials with others.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: • Generate content for commercial redistribution or resale. • Attempt to extract or misuse AI-generated data at scale. • Submit offensive, harmful, or unlawful content via coaching messages or profile fields. • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided integrations.

8. Integrations

The Service supports optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Strava. Connecting these services requires your explicit authorisation. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of those third-party services. GetTriReady is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Service - including training plans, workout structures, nutrition calculations, coaching responses, and platform design - is the intellectual property of GetTriReady. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own training purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated training and nutrition content may contain inaccuracies or be unsuitable for your individual circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetTriReady shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service's content, including but not limited to fitness, health, dietary, or financial outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to the foregoing, you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data processing described therein.

12. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your athlete profile, training plans, workouts, coaching messages, and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained as required by financial regulations.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
