We do not store full card numbers - Stripe handles all payment processing. • Usage data: device information, IP address, and interactions with the Service for analytics and service improvement.

We process your personal data for the following purposes: • To create and manage your athlete profile and training plans. • To generate personalised, race-specific training sessions using AI. • To provide nutrition and fueling guidance tailored to your body metrics. • To deliver AI coaching conversations and plan adaptations. • To process one-time payments for lifetime access via Stripe. • To integrate with connected services (e.g., Strava) when you authorise them. • To analyse platform usage and improve the Service. • To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.

Stripe processes your card details under its own privacy and security standards. • AI service providers: to generate training plans and coaching responses. We send profile and workout data to generate personalised content. • Strava: only when you explicitly connect your Strava account, to sync training activities. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will permanently erase your athlete profile, training plans, workouts, coaching messages, and payment records within 30 days. Stripe retains transaction records as required by payment regulations - these are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
